Who Am I?

Hi there! I'm Kateryna Smolinchuk - Career Consultant, ICF Coach and HR Partner.
With over 10 years of experience in recruiting, HR, and personnel coordination, I’ve worked across international and multicultural environments in the Netherlands, the UK, Norway, Ukraine, Netherlands.
My background spans industries such as Offshore, Maritime, Oil & Gas, Energy, and International Shipping.

Throughout my career, I’ve been at the intersection of people, careers, and systems, supporting both individuals and organizations during periods of growth, transition, and uncertainty. I understand how careers evolve not only on paper, but in real life: under pressure, across borders, and within changing personal priorities.
